Reports & Exports

Reports and Exports are found in the main menu on the top right of the header bar.

Reports

• A 'Report' is an interactive report within the software, which includes relevant dropdown sections & functionality to enable various actions to be taken whilst analysing the data.

  • Transaction Report - Filterable list of transactions for Actual, Scheduled and Contractual transactions.

  • Reconciliation Report - A comprehensive summary and breakdown of collections and sales for a specified date range, organized by Agent or by round.

  • Surveys Report - A summary of the consolidated results from all completed surveys.

Exports

• An 'Export' is also a type of report, which is a downloadable data set exported in spreadsheet format, for use in software such as Excel. This format is ideal for managing larger sets of data that require analysis tailored to your specific needs.

  • Currently available exports include

    • Customers

    • Contract balances

    • Write-offs

    • RegData

• Rounds worksheets are also included in the Exports section, as an exception to reports.

  • Users who don't use the digital system for their rounds can export and print their weekly worksheets.

SDX is developing enhanced reporting and exporting capabilities for the system, with more features to be available soon.
